After a two-year enforced hiatus, the Spring Sculpture Prize will returns to lot19 from 15-30 October. Since its inception in 2006, the Spring Sculpture Prize has been a key event in the Central Victorian artistic calendar.
The lot19 Spring Sculpture Prize opening party is on from 2pm Saturday 15 October, featuring prize-giving, live music from VARDOS, food and the lot19 bar.
The exhibition then runs from 11am – 5pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday until 30 October.
Lot 19 Art Space is a not-for-profit creative space and events venue committed to supporting local talent and the Central Victorian community. The Lot19 Gallery is open every weekend – check out their website and Facebook page for details of current exhibitions.

The three acre property consists of 21 artists’ studios, two outdoor stages, a contemporary art gallery, an outdoor sculpture park, Castlemaine Press (open access print-makers facility and exhibition space), Castlemaine Clay (open access ceramics facility), a literary venue and bar in the newly settled W-Class Tram, 1035 and a yet to be launched salon style Theatre.
