K.C.V Podcast series ‘Wellbeing for Carers’
A series of 6 podcasts were commissioned by K.C.V, funded by the
Department of Health and Human Services, to share expert advice for
kinship carers on how to manage better by looking after themselves and the
children in their care.
They feature interviews with experts on diet and nutrition, exercise,
relaxation techniques, sleep and how to connect better when facing isolation
and loneliness. Stories from carers weave through the series, giving listeners
insight into the hardships and challenges they face everyday.
